3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issue, or pricing error. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Prices & Taxes
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR).
As a French micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable (art. 293B of the CGI).
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
ARCHIVES THEORY may assume part of the shipping costs at its discretion.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at checkout.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
No installment payments are available.
We do not store payment details.
You agree to provide valid payment information.
In case of chargeback or fraudulent dispute, we reserve the right to contest it and provide evidence of shipment and delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times
France: Standard – approx. 4 business days, Express – approx. 48 hours (not including weekend)
United States: Express – approx. 48-72 hours
Asia: Standard – approx. business 5 days, Express – approx. 72 hours
Other destinations: Standard – approx. 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We select the most appropriate carrier based on delivery speed and destination.
7. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARCHIVES THEORY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Loss, Damage & Carrier Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier.
If a parcel is lost in transit:
The customer will be refunded after confirmation of loss by the carrier.
ARCHIVES THEORY shall not be considered legally at fault for carrier-related incidents.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
All sales are final. However, returns may be considered in the case of major fault of description of the product by ARCHIVES THEORY.

Conditions:
Items must be returned in the original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Certain items may not be eligible for return.
After inspection of the returned item, the amount is offered as store credit for a future purchase.

No additional commercial warranty is provided beyond mandatory legal guarantees under applicable French law.
