Yes. Every item goes through a multi-step verification process using brand-specific tags, serial numbers, construction techniques and materials used. Only certified genuine items make it to the shop.
We inspect each garment and accessory with care. Any notable signs of wear are clearly described so you know what to expect before purchasing. However, light signs of wear may be present on our vintage pieces, due to their preloved nature.
Our collection is mostly sourced from private collectors, stylists, estate wardrobes, auctions, and trusted vintage specialists who focus on rare designer items.

Usually not. Most pieces are unique or extremely limited. However, we add new finds frequently, so keep an eye on our updates.
Yes, selectively. If you own vintage designer items in excellent condition, feel free to contact us with photos and we’ll review your submission.
Pricing reflects rarity, condition, and current market demand. For this reason, most prices are fixed, though occasional seasonal offers may appear.
Before listing an item, we examine stitching, hardware, fabric, lining, labels, and overall construction. Any imperfection worth noting will appear in the description.
New items drop weekly. Following us on social media (Instagram) and activating notifications is the best way to catch fresh arrivals.
Since most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer holds. The item is secured once checkout is completed.
In some cases, yes. If you’re searching for a specific designer piece, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can locate it.
We avoid heavy editing. Colors are adjusted only to match real-life tones as closely as possible, so you see the item as it truly is.
Most items are perfectly wearable when treated with care. If a piece requires extra delicate handling, we mention it in the description.
You can look at the measurements provided and compare them to a similar piece that you already own. You can also reach out to us for sizing advice.
We do not offer authentication services for the moment.
Our pieces are professionally cleaned before shipping and are ready to wear upon arrival.
Our prices are calculated based on a piece’s rarity, demand, materials, condition and unique style. For this reason, our prices are non negotiable. However, we sometimes run special discounts, so we recommend following our social media to stay updated.
Due to the rarity of our selection, returns are only considered in the case of a major fault of description on our side. In that case, the item is returned and the amount is offered as store credit for a future purchase.
Ordering and shipping
Simply add the desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment securely. Order confirmation is sent via email immediately.
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery varies by country; all shipments are shipped with trusted transportation companies and include tracking.
Yes, express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
You can use the provided tracking number received by email on www.parceltracker.com or the website of the transportation company selected (e.g. La Poste, FedEx,…)
Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as the parcel is on its way. We note that shipping on the weekends is not possible, and that we will inform you in the rare case where shipping within 48 hours is not possible on our side.
Depending on your country, import taxes may apply. Any customs or other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Each piece is carefully packed with protective materials to preserve its condition during transit. Premium gift wrapping is available on request.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping option, and parcel weight.

We currently support multiple payment methods, including Apple Pay and major credit cards.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store or have access to your full card details.
To secure an item, full payment is required during purchase. We do not offer instalment plans for the moment.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Yes. A confirmation email with your receipt will be sent to you after your purchase has been processed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Your payment is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
We currently do not charge sales tax or VAT.
At this time, we can only accept one payment method per order.
Collaboration and sourcing

Timing depends on rarity. Some items can be found quickly, while others may take longer due to their collector value.
