Giorgio Armani SS 1998 taupe textured mesh set

Rare Giorgio Armani taupe/khaki body and skirt set with a wavy textural overlay from the Spring Summer 1998 collection. Similar seen on the runway.

Details : This two-piece set is crafted in the house’s signature “greige”, a muted taupe-sand hue. It is constructed from a sheer tulle overlay with undulating, wavy bands, creating a three-dimensional striped effect. The body features a sleek, crewneck, short-sleeve body-hugging silhouette with 2 zipper closures. The matching skirt is draped with a faux-wrap front that falls to a graceful midi-to-maxi length. They are fully lined.

Size : IT40, best fits size XS and S

Composition : 100% nylon

Condition : Good vintage condition. This set has been loved and shows some signs of wear, including some pulls to the mesh on both the top and skirt (please see pictures) and a tiny stain. Due to the busy, textured nature of the design, these flaws blend into the garment and the set still presents beautifully when worn. (Priced accordingly).
